Mares Magellan

The Mares Magellan weighs a mere 2.1kg (Size S/M), yet comes with a tough Cordura 420 shell, and integrated weight pockets.

The Mares Magellan is extremely lightweight and completely foldable, making this one of the more popular BCDs around. The ergonomic shoulder straps follow the contours of the diver, improving comfort and stability underwater. The design of the air cell has a border top and narrower base, that allows a great floating on the surface, unlike the competition.

An integrated quick release ballast system allows it to be used in recreational dive training too. Not forgetting the side accessory pocket that is just below the right waist weight pocket, that can be expanded when in use or tucked away when not.
