Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Terms & Conditions

For worldwide delivery, the charge is S$50 and we will have the right to request topup up to the weight you’ve purchased if the weight exceeds the amount you’ve paid for. If you are located outside of Singapore, please contact us via chat or email before making a purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not permitted for any items purchased. Please note payment via credit card, the process of cancellation/refund Payment Gateway procedures, processing will take 10 to 21 days working days or two billing cycles.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are manufacture defective items. We do not allow exchange of purchases for wrong sizes or change of colour.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
