Description

The DIR Zone Ring 14 Light Standard Alu System is the lightweight, travel-friendly single-tank backplate and wing for divers who want durable gear that packs light. It is configured for a single steel 12L or aluminium 80 cft cylinder and is ideal for neoprene diving in the tropics and warm water.

The wing includes inbuilt channels to hold the cylinder, so there is no need for a separate single tank adaptor. Every component is made in Europe under strict quality control to meet both EN and CE standards, keeping build quality high without the inflated pricing often attached to marketing-heavy brands.

This lightweight wing shares the double-shell construction of the Heavy Duty version but uses a lighter Cordura 1000 cover. The Italian-made inflator and paired cam buckles are high-quality techno-polymer to reduce weight while staying tough. The 3 mm hard-anodised dural backplate is supplied with PA harness, stainless D-rings and stoppers, buckle, crotch strap, buoy pocket and knife pocket, plus a backplate storage pack.
