Description

The DIR Zone Ring 14 HD Standard Alu System is the heavy-duty single-tank backplate and wing for divers who want serious build quality without compromise. It is configured for a single 12L or aluminium 80 cft cylinder and is well suited to neoprene diving in the tropics as well as cold-water use, with a tough outer shell and thick, durable inner lining.

Built to cave-diving standards yet aimed at single-tank recreational divers, this system evolved from DIR Zone’s technical, cave and wreck gear and is made entirely in Europe under strict quality control to meet EN and CE standards.

The wing features double-shell Heavy Duty Cordura construction. The Italian-made inflator uses high-quality techno-polymer with stainless steel components, and the paired stainless steel cam buckles deliver maximum durability. The 3 mm hard-anodised dural backplate is supplied with PA harness, stainless D-rings and stoppers, buckle, crotch strap, buoy pocket and knife pocket, along with a backplate storage pack for stowing a buoy or lift bag against your back.
